The Olympia Ogres got a magnificent performance from pitcher Ken Milligan, who stifled the Providence offense en route to a 3-0 Ogres win at Field of Plenty. Sergio Carrasco was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 10 of 10 save opportunities.

Luis Tañón drew 1 walk for Olympia. In the top of the fourth, with the teams deadlocked, 0-0, Tañón delivered for the Ogres. His run-scoring ground out put Olympia on top, 1-0.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Milligan told the Olympia Daily News.
