Pierogis Post 4-2 Win Over Gulf Coast
The Squirrel Hill Pierogis and Gulf Coast Turbeaus played an exciting game.

Squirrel Hill picked up a win at Mobile Home Park, bumping off the Gulf Coast Turbeaus, 4-2. Pitcher José Sandoval was a major reason the Pierogis emerged victorious. Squirrel Hill is now 41-42.

Squirrel Hill used a clutch at-bat from Glenn Beck to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Pierogis ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I'm not out here to win a beauty contest," said Beck. "Obviously."
