Morales Slugs Loons to 10-8 Win
The Minnesota Loons downed the Gulf Coast Turbeaus, 10-8, at Mobile Home Park. Raúl Morales led the way, going 3-for-5 for Minnesota. The 4th-place Loons bumped their record to 52-45.

With Minnesota leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Morales hit a cutter from Artie Jones for a 3-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Loons ahead, 4-0.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Morales.
