The Nuevo Mexico Mariachis saddled the Gulf Coast Turbeaus with a loss at Mariachi Band Shell. The final score was 10-3. Lawrence Boone was 2 for 4, including 1 single and 1 home run. The Nuevo Mexico third baseman scored 2 runs and drove in 4. John Schneider, the winning pitcher, is now 2-0. He went 6.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits, while fanning 7 and walking 1.
