Sometimes it just isn't enough.
Francis Marion had an outstanding day at Mobile Home Park for the Gulf Coast Turbeaus, ripping three home runs. Nonetheless, the Turbeaus fell to the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 11-6.

"Baseball is a funny game," Marion said in the post-game interview, "You can't dwell on the reasons for the loss. I'm sure there will be days when I go 0-for-4 and we win. These things tend to even out."
