The Vancouver Vipers topped the Nuevo Mexico Mariachis, 10-5, with youngster Sonny O'Mulrooney playing a key role. O'Mulrooney was 2-6 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Vipers in the win. With the win, Vancouver climbs to 8-1.

O'Mulrooney had a key at-bat for Vancouver in the top of the first. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and gave Vancouver an early 2-0 lead.
