Olympia Beats Crescent City, 3-1

Olympia and Crescent City played a hard-fought contest.
In a low-scoring affair between the Olympia Ogres and the Crescent City Krewe, pitcher Clarence Butler was the difference between victory and defeat. The Olympia right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-1 Ogres win. Jeff Rodríguez, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 4th save.
It could have been a different outcome for Olympia, had it not been for Lisiate Kaleba, the 25-year old catcher . Kaleba contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth inning to put Olympia up, 3-1.
"Everything felt in sync," said Butler.
The loss puts Crescent City at 5-4.
