Cangrejos Fantasmas Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
Chesapeake turned a good effort from starting pitcher José Bautista into a win over the Crescent City Krewe at Ghost Crab Park. The final score was 3-2 in 11 innings. Chesapeake reliever David Adelabu was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Rich Griffin took the loss. Crescent City falls to 8-5.

The Cangrejos Fantasmas got a clutch hit from right fielder Danny Belcher. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Cangrejos Fantasmas.

"We've been playing some good baseball," Belcher told the Chesapeake Observer. "We're aggressive and focused on what we're going to do on the field and getting it done."
