The Crescent City Krewe picked up a win at Mercer Island Grounds, dropping the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 4-2. Fernando Escalante was the difference-maker. Crescent City is now 9-8.
Eric Small's at-bat in the top of the sixth was significant, coming with the bases loaded and the game tied, 0-0. The Crescent City first baseman hit a 2-run single off Mark Moss to put the Krewe up.
