The Alameda Airmen defeated the Idaho Falls Chukars, 5-1, in M3L Single A action at Alameda Field. Alameda pitcher Clay Smith had a standout performance. Smith picked up the win for Alameda, going 5.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Earning his 1st save for Alameda was Javier Acosta.
