League Suspends McNeal
Tuesday, May 10th , 2061
For his part in an altercation with an umpire over a third strike, Alameda Airmen left fielder Adam McNeal will have to sit out 2 games. The league commissioner's office today notified the Airmen that McNeal had been suspended for his poor conduct during the Chukars game yesterday at Alameda Field.
After being ejected, McNeal turned and walked toward the dugout, but then turned around, began yelling at the umpire and kicked dirt on home plate. The league said this type of behavior is not acceptable and will be dealt with according to league disciplinary policies.
