The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Arizona Javelina by the score of 8-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to designated hitter Jorge González. González was 2-4 with 2 doubles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Screaming Eagles on the day. The third-place Screaming Eagles bumped their record to 16-13.
