Briggs Excels, Crescent City Blows Out Billings
Crescent City second baseman Dylan Briggs played a vital role in his team's 13-0 triumph over Billings. He went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 7 RBI and scoring twice for Crescent City. Greg Carter notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.2 innings. His record now sits at 1-0. Their 22-8 record puts the Krewe first in the Premier AA.

Briggs put Crescent City up, 12-0, when he hit a grand slam home run off Damien Pierre in the bottom of the seventh. His 2nd home run of the season helped the Krewe capture the win.
