Behind the hitting of Bryce Green, the Alaskan Bush Pilots stopped the Idaho Falls Chukars, 7-0. Green was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Bush Pilots. Picking up the save was 22-year old right-handed pitcher Yin-reng Guo. Alaskan now has a record of 5-5.
Green had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the sixth, when he hit a 2-run single. The Bush Pilots went on to win.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Green said.
