The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles knocked off the Nuevo Mexico Mariachis, 5-2, in USPL Double A action at Mercer Island Grounds. Mercer Island pitcher and Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, native Jeremy Bush had an outstanding performance. Bush picked up the win for Mercer Island, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 3-4. At 16-20, the Screaming Eagles are currently 9th in the Premier AA.

The fans who came to support the Screaming Eagles were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Mercer Island Grounds.
