Darcy Delivers 7-1 Win
The Crescent City Krewe extended their winning streak.

The Crescent City Krewe topped the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 7-1, in USPL Double A action at Field of the Krewe. The standout performance belonged to Crescent City pitcher and Jacksonville, Florida, native Bill Darcy. The Krewe, at 22-17, sit in third place in the Premier AA.

Darcy, the winning pitcher, goes to 2-2 on the season. In 8 innings, the right-hander limited the opposition to 1 run on 4 hits, while recording 6 punchouts. Darcy and the Krewe were able to cruise to victory.

"Bill was pretty good at keeping their guys off-balance," said Crescent City manager Jack Morton.
