Ithaca Gets 2-0 Road Win
Fighting Imps second baseman Nacho Rodríguez left his mark on his team's 2-0 win over the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs. Rodríguez, who leads the PAA in runs scored with 32, slugged 2 home runs for Ithaca in the contest. Luke Little, who leads the PAA in wins with 8, was the winner. He's now 8-0. The loser was Patches Magickbeans. David Cole earned the save for Ithaca.

Ithaca took a 2-0 lead on Rodríguez's 6th home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Patches Magickbeans in the top of the seventh, propelled Ithaca to the win.

"Enjoyed this one," Rodríguez told the Ithaca Daily News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."

The win puts Ithaca at 32-8 this season.
