Nelson Delivers 5-0 Win
|
Seattle Rocketeers starter Alex Nelson hurled his team past the Hollywood Shredders, 5-0. Seattle, at 56-39, holds down second place in the Premier League.
Nelson, a native of Wilson, Pennsylvania, was dealing all game. He kept Hollywood hitters off-balance, while giving the Rocketeers 8.1 quality innings. Nelson threw 83 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 3.
