Guinea Pigs Pull Out Late-Game Win, 2-1
The Olympia Ogres got a superb performance from pitcher Chun-hua Zhào, but the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs still won the game, 2-1. Zhào threw 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball. Matt Griffin collected save number 8. The victory puts Gwinnett at 17-26.

Gwinnett took a 2-1 lead on Alfredo Guevara's 12th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Guevara hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Olympia pitcher Chun-hua Zhào visibly frustrated.

"We need better swings, better at-bats," said losing manager Andrés Gonzáles.
