Guinea Pigs Rally Late to Nip Ogres
Olympia wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Morie Wada, falling to the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs, 3-2. Wada threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball for the losing team. Gwinnett reliever Rod Pritchard picked up the win to move to 4-3. Shi-min Sun suffered the loss. Gwinnett has now won 4 games in a row.

Robby Stevens was the walk-off hero for Gwinnett. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Guinea Pigs catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Olympia manager Andrés Gonzáles.
