The Crescent City Krewe got a marvelous performance from pitcher David Anderson. The right-hander kept the Gulf Coast offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 6-0 Crescent City victory at Mobile Home Park. Crescent City reliever David Anderson got the win, raising his record to 1-1. Kevin Harris was tagged with the loss. The Krewe raised their record to 21-23.

Crescent City used the hitting of Eric Small to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Krewe on top, 2-0. For the game, Small had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Do what you're good at," said Crescent City manager Jack Morton. "That's all I ask of the team."
