The Crescent City Krewe topped the Marquette Miners, 4-1, in USPL Double A action at Marquette Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Crescent City pitcher and Corinth, Mississippi, native Truman Coleman. With the win, Crescent City pushed its record to 27-19.

Crescent City used the timely hitting of Nick Richardson to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Krewe on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Richardson.
