Mancelona Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Mancelona beat Alameda on the strength of starting pitcher Dewey Graves's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 4-2. Mancelona reliever Forest Strickland picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Larry Moore absorbed the loss. Alameda falls to 7-6.

The decisive blow was delivered by Hunter Chase in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Larry Moore to win the game for Mancelona. The home crowd went nuts.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Graves said.
