Bulls Capture Extra-Inning Win
The Belleville Bulls, despite a fine performance by Washington pitcher Pedro Reyes, grabbed a 1-0 win in 10 innings at Belleville Field. Reyes allowed no runs over 7 innings. Belleville reliever Luis Martínez snagged the win, upping his record to 1-0. Mike Mayfield shouldered the loss. The win takes Belleville to 7-8.

The clutch hit was provided by Thomas Erak. He delivered a walk-off run-scoring single off Mike Mayfield in the bottom of the tenth.

Erak said afterward that he was "glad the fans were treated to a good ballgame."
