Screaming Eagles Tear Continues with 8-2 Triumph
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles thumped the Olympia Ogres, 8-2, at The Ogre Den. Xue-liang Ci was a big reason his team got the win. Ci went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Charles Jones, now 1-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 4 innings. Now 43-19, the Screaming Eagles have won 11 in a row.
