Anderson, who is tied for 6th in the PAA in RBI with 37, went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Harry Arrington got the win, improving to 2-3. He held the Screaming Eagles to 3 runs on 5 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 4. Greg Kirkpatrick recorded his 3rd save for Nuevo Mexico.

Anderson contributed in the top of the third. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Nuevo Mexico get the win.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Anderson.

At 35-32, the Mariachis claim 4th place in the Premier AA.
