Fighting Imps Snag 5-2 Win
Tony Jump was a vital contributor to the 5-2 Ithaca victory over Mercer Island. The Fighting Imps left fielder went 2-4 with a home run and a triple, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Steve Feijoo earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 4.2 innings. He upped his record to 1-0. The Fighting Imps now have a record of 36-34 with the win over Mercer Island.

Ithaca used the clutch hitting of Robinson Barrios to snag the win. The center fielder drilled a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Fighting Imps ahead, 3-2. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

Ithaca manager Jeffrey Lewis commended his team for "banging out a nice win."
