In a tension-filled contest between the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles and the Ithaca Fighting Imps, pitcher Brad Terry was superb. The Mercer Island right-hander, the 29th overall pick in the 2054 draft, spearheaded his team's 1-0 win. Billy O'Bryan came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record now stands at 4-4. The Screaming Eagles saw their win-loss record go to 34-38. At the same time, the Fighting Imps fell to 43-29.

The Screaming Eagles got a clutch hit from first baseman Nobuo Kobayashi. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Screaming Eagles.
