Johnston Helps Expos Defeat Bulls, 8-2
The Niagara Falls Expos defeated the Belleville Bulls, 8-2, in part because of first baseman John Johnston. Johnston was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Expos. Andrew Wilkes-Krier was the winner. He's now 1-1. The loser was 22-year old left-handed pitcher Earnest Sorensen. Stephen Wynn earned his 1st save, after closing out the game.
