Krewe Walk It Off for 38th Win of Season
Nuevo Mexico wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Victor Collins, falling to the Crescent City Krewe, 4-3. Collins threw 8.0 innings of 7-hit ball for the losing team. The 5th-place Krewe are 38-37.

Maru Kobayashi was the walk-off hero for Crescent City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Krewe right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Kobayashi said, postgame.
