The Crescent City Krewe faced a tough opponent in Olympia pitcher Sabri Didier, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Field of the Krewe by a final score of 4-3 in 12 innings. Didier went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. With the win, Crescent City goes to 39-37, while the Ogres fall to 36-40.

The Krewe got a clutch hit from third baseman Lou Richard. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Krewe.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Richard said.
