The Bethesda Atoms saddled the Olympia Ogres with a loss at Atoms Field. The final score was 5-4. Jacob Cox was 3 for 6, including 2 singles and 1 home run. The Bethesda center fielder scored 1 run and drove in 3. At 36-41, the Atoms find themselves in 6th place in the Premier AA.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 12th. With two out, Cox hit a fastball from Wang-fen Jia for a run-scoring single. The Atoms, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
