The Olympia Ogres overcame a pretty good performance by Crescent City right fielder Martin Mills, beating the Krewe, 4-3, at The Ogre Den. Mills went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Olympia is now 41-40, Crescent City 44-37.

Paul Ferguson had a big hit for Olympia in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Olympia leading 3-1, Ferguson hit a solo home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Ogres up, 4-1.

Ferguson called the win a testament to his team's "tenacity."
