Screaming Eagles Suffer One-Run Loss at Crescent City
In a low-scoring tilt between the Crescent City Krewe and the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 24-year old right-handed pitcher Truman Coleman was the difference-maker. The Crescent City right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Jesús Durán claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.2 innings. His record stands at 8-2. Crescent City is now 60-32, 2 games up in the Premier AA.

Bryan Murray helped out the Crescent City cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the catcher went 1 for 4.

After the game, Crescent City manager Belchior Tinoco applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
