Niagara Falls right fielder Mark MacPherson was instrumental in helping the Expos triumph, 5-4, over the Huntington Hermit Crabs. MacPherson hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Gideon Paddock, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-1. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. Niagara Falls bumps their record to 10-12 with the win.

With the bases empty and one out in the bottom of the eighth inning, second baseman Francisco Fermin delivered big for the Expos. Niagara Falls was trailing 4-3 when he belted a solo home run.
