Crescent City 62-33 After 4-0 Victory
|
John Mustard never let St. Petersburg get something going. The Crescent City right-hander commanded his splitter in pitching the Krewe to a 4-0 win. The Krewe sport a record of 62-33.
Early in the game, left fielder Toshikuni Matsuoka had a run-scoring double for Crescent City. It was his 11th double of the season and put the Krewe on top, 1-0.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Crescent City manager Belchior Tinoco. "It's usually not just one thing."
