Gulf Coast Turbeaus starter Kevin Harris pitched a good game to help his team take down the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 5-1. The loss makes Mercer Island 43-52.

Gulf Coast used the hitting of B.J. Harrison to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Turbeaus on top, 2-0. For the game, Harrison had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Kevin set the tone with his ability to attack the hitters," said Gulf Coast manager Neal Davis.
