Fighting Imps Get Better of Screaming Eagles, 6-2
Ithaca center fielder Mark Doss helped his team beat the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 6-2. Doss, who is tied for 8th in the PAA with a .362 on-base percentage, went 2 for 3 for the Fighting Imps. The 7th-place Fighting Imps hiked their record to 46-53.

In the bottom of the first inning, catcher James Bell had a 2-run double for Ithaca. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Fighting Imps on top, 2-0.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Doss said after the game.
