Ithaca registered a win at Imps Park by beating the Bethesda Atoms, 3-2. Pitcher Conan Knox was one reason why the Fighting Imps triumphed. Ithaca reliever Jerome Field snagged the win, upping his record to 4-3. George Boyce shouldered the loss. Ithaca now sports a record of 51-48.

Justin Armstrong was the walk-off hero for Ithaca. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Fighting Imps center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I was a little disappointed," said Bethesda manager Esteban Garza. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
