Stingers Get Past New Orleans for 3-2 Win
Toledo turned a fine outing from starter Mark Garland into a victory over the New Orleans Voodoo at Pacesetter Park. The final score was 3-2. Toledo reliever Sam Myers picked up the win to move to 2-3. Michael Wilson suffered the loss. Toledo has now won 6 games in a row.

Toledo took a 3-2 lead on David Ruíz's 8th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Ruíz hit in the bottom of the eighth, left New Orleans pitcher Michael Wilson visibly frustrated.

"I found a nice groove out there," said Garland.
