With Late Score, Manatees Beat Vibes

The Matlacha Manatees defeated the Rocky Mountain Vibes, 3-2, in 10 innings in M3L Single A action at Fuller Park. Matlacha pitcher Pi-ao Rui had a standout performance. The winner was Teddy Davis in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Manny Rodríguez took the loss. The Manatees saw their record improve to 13-15.
The Manatees got a clutch hit from first baseman Randy Sullivan. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Manatees.
"Pi-ao did what Pi-ao does," said Matlacha manager Howard Lee.
