Buffalo White Walkers starter Zander Daig found his groove in his team's 7-2 win over the Mexico City Blue Demons. The 7th-place White Walkers are now 49-55, the Blue Demons 42-62.

Buffalo right fielder Tyler Adams contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With two down, he hit a cutter to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 81st hit of the season and put the White Walkers ahead, 4-1.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau.
