In a low-scoring affair between the Niagara Falls Expos and the Mancelona Torch, pitcher Walliyullah Brown was the difference between victory and defeat. The Niagara Falls right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 2-0 Expos win. Brown got the win, improving to 3-2. He gave up 6 hits and walked 2 over 8 innings. He allowed no runs. The Expos, at 18-15, sit in 7th place in the Menard's A.

Niagara Falls took a 2-0 lead on Dominic Slocombe's 1st double of the season. The 2-run double, which Slocombe hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Mancelona pitcher William Maxwell visibly frustrated.
