It wasn't easy but the Huntington Hermit Crabs made it look that way.

Starter Logan Waycott shut out the Washington Generals despite having what he later called "sub-par" stuff, and the Huntington Hermit Crabs cruised to victory, 10-0. Waycott allowed only 4 hits and rang up 6 strikeouts but insisted later that he did not deserve primary credit for the win.

"It didn't feel quite right today, but I got a lot of help to get through," he said. "I trusted my catcher and the guys behind me bailed me out more than once when I screwed up."

Thus far this season, Waycott has posted a 6-3 record, started 9 games, struck out 56 batters in 65 innings and compiled a 3.46 ERA.
