The home crowd had a good time watching the Hollywood Shredders and Long Island Lighthouse get after it.

The Long Island Lighthouse cruised to a win over the Hollywood Shredders, 12-2, at The Lighthouse. Jesús Serrano, who finished 2nd in the PL in runs with 68 last year, led the way, going 4-for-5 for Long Island. Long Island now owns a record of 50-56.

Early in the game, Serrano had a 3-run home run for Long Island. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Lighthouse on top, 3-0.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Serrano.
