The timely hitting of Justin Cox helped the Mancelona Torch take down the Belleville Bulls, 6-5, in 10 innings. Cox went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Torch. Mancelona bumps their record to 21-30 with the win.

The clutch hit was provided by Larry Armstrong. He delivered a walk-off run-scoring single off Jorge Gracía in the bottom of the tenth.

"A lot to like, just frustrated that we came up short," said Belleville manager Rafael Avelar.
