The Hollywood Bowl was the site of a competitive game between the Toledo Stingers and Hollywood Shredders.

The Hollywood Shredders downed the Toledo Stingers, 4-3. The hitting star was first baseman Kevin O'Rourke. O'Rourke slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Shredders. Shi-min Sun earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record is now 1-0.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, O'Rourke hit a sinker from Tim Evans for a solo home run. The Shredders, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"In baseball, you have your ups and downs," said Toledo manager David Bunting. "You just try to stay level-headed the whole time."

The win makes Hollywood 48-58.
