Scott Hall had a strong outing for the Columbia River Rats against the Mancelona Torch at Columbia Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-2 win. Gerald Sutton claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 2 innings. His record stands at 3-1.
