Wallace Now 2-8 After Subduing Rainbow Mermaids
The Baltimore Bullets knocked off the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 4-0, in United States Premier League action at Baltimore Grounds. Baltimore pitcher and Rubidoux, California, native Larry Wallace had an outstanding performance. Northern Virginia has now lost 4 consecutive games.

Northern Virginia could barely put a dent in Wallace. The right-hander tossed 105 pitches over 7.2 innings for the Bullets, allowing only 1 hit.

"Larry is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Baltimore manager Chris Schubert.
