Hawks Walk It Off for 40th Win of Season
Though he had a stellar game, Zico Point du Jour, Jr. could not prevent his team, the Huntington Hermit Crabs, from losing, 6-4, to the Laredo Hawks. Point du Jour, Jr. threw 7.2 innings allowing 4 runs. Eduardo Fajardo snagged the win in relief. He goes to 3-1 on the season. Miguel López suffered the loss. The Laredo win streak is now 3 games.

Laredo got a clutch hit from Moe Locke. The third baseman socked a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was game-ender.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Locke.
